2025-07-21: Mr. Jackson just finished up my plumbing issues. I’M TOTALLY SATISFIED and will be using him as my go-to plumber. I had several stoppages – aka water backups – from kitchen sink, owner’s suite shower, and laundry room sink basin. Mr. Jackson identified the problem, communicated to me the proper fix, and even identified a bad pipe install from previous work (kitchen sink pipe coming out of wall tilted at an angle the was counterproductive for allowing water to drain into main line). He solved all problems in my home. Contacting him was through phone on a Sunday and he immediately answered and scheduled me for the next day. He is very professional, his mannerism is outstanding, he’s easy to talk to, and he comes prepared. BTW, I have just purchased this older home so that’s why I am discovering so many issues. I am planning a kitchen remodel and am leaving the sink installation, garbage disposal installation and even an install of a main line clean-out to Mr. Jackson on his next visit. I highly recommend him.

On Sunday July 14, 2924 I had a plumbing problem that totally caught me off guard. Sewage had backed up in my basement bathroom, over spilling through my basement. I immediately called WSSC and simultaneously begin searching for a plummer. I called several companies and no one could come out that day. I also, spoke with WSSC who sent someone out immediately. However, they said that it was my problem not theirs. I finally came across Jackson Plumbing he answered right away, giving me a time that met my aggressive timeline, because I wanted the crap out of my house. Mr. Jackson arrived, he was very polite and respectful. He conducted his assessment of the damages and took the time to explain what happened and the actions he was going to take. He also gave me a cost estimate that I felt was reasonable. A few hours later, he came to explain what he was seeing and to get my approval to move beyond what we initially discussed to make sure that he addresses ever concern that he had. Come to find out to completely solve the problem he had to go beyond my boundary into the city to ensure this didn’t happen again. He also wrote up a thorough report that I expect to use for reimbursement from the city and insurance company. I trust Mr. Jackson for all future work and I have shared his information with my close friends.

Mr. Jackson is very professional he takes his time to do what needs to be done he maps out what route he’s going to take and take it he’s patient when asked a question and he will have the answer if not he will find out but all in all he knows what he is doing he’s a man of his word he shows up when he say he’s coming he cleans up behind himself….. Out of all the technicians slash buisness owners that I have delt with he’s number 1 hands down I have him locked in I can depend on Mr Jackson I can trust him 10 stars and it is him that answers the phone not once I have gotten a voicemail……

Was doing a faucet cartridge change and couldn’t turn off stuck water valve. Water kept leaking in the tub. Brandon from Jackson Plumbing came the same day and turned water off so I could complete my diy project. Brandon loose the valve carefully so it wouldn’t break, told me the right part to get, and followed up with me twice to make sure everything was okay. Thank you Jackson Plumbing for your quick response and same day service. I will definitely use Jackson Plumbing again and will ask for Brandon.
