I had a horrible situation that rendered me unable to use my only tub/shower due to old, leaky pipes. Mr. Jackson came out the same day I called to assess the repair needs and worked with my scheduling and financial situation to complete the repairs as soon as possible. Amazing customer service. This guy literally was on the phone with me for 30 minutes answering all my questionsz I sent him pictures and videos, he evaluated them and gave me feedback and recommendations. He walked me through the full process and made sure I knew what I was paying for. He wrote and sent an invoice all within 15 minutes of ending the call. Jackson Plumbing did an excellent job on my clogged drains for my bathroom sink and tub. Although I was a last minute service he still came to service within a reasonable time and has reasonable prices. His knowledge of the drain and pipe system will definitely help me with future problems that may occur if any. Thank you again for the excellent job!!!! I will definitely recommend this company to others and will use if needed for any service for my home.
