Is my water heater worth repairing?
It depends on the age and the problem. A heating element or thermostat on an otherwise sound unit is a cheap fix. A rusted-through tank is not worth repairing. We tell you honestly which one you have.
Why is my water lukewarm?
On an electric unit it is usually a failed element or thermostat. On gas it can be the burner, the thermostat, or heavy sediment. We diagnose the actual cause on site.
What are the popping sounds coming from my water heater?
That is sediment that has built up on the bottom of the tank. It makes the unit work harder and shortens its life. We can flush it and tell you whether the tank still has good years left.
Do you repair tankless units too?
