Why does my toilet keep running?
Usually a worn flapper letting water seep from tank to bowl, or a fill valve that no longer shuts off cleanly. Both waste serious water. We identify which and fix it with parts that last.
Why does my toilet clog so often?
Could be the toilet itself, an early low-flow model with weak flush design, or a developing blockage in the drain. If a good toilet clogs regularly, the line deserves a look before you blame the fixture.
There's water around the base. How bad is that?
